In the quiet village of Norton-sub-Hamdon I teach my weekly Friday face to face class in the beautiful village hall. With it’s open beamed ceiling, wooden floors and french windows looking out onto the playing fields and beyond the space is calm, quiet and relaxing.

I hold two classes every Friday morning from 0930-1030 and 1045-1145. The cost is £30 for a four weekly subscription or £10 pay as you go.

All equipment is provided including mats, sheepskins, blankets, blocks, squidgy pilate balls, cork balls for massage and yoga straps.
